Step 1 — Contact. Provide your order number and details of the problem. Most requests (delay, damaged item, shipping error) are resolved within 48 hours.

Step 2 — Resolution. Depending on the case: product reshipment, partial refund, or full refund under our 90-day guarantee.

Step 3 — Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the response, reply in the same thread requesting a review. Your case will be reconsidered by a manager within 5 business days.
